Women Empowerment
We are probably living in the worst time our modern society has ever seen in terms of women security. We aim to make women feel as strong as ever and strong enough to fight the parasites of our society, strong enough to fight the odds, strong enough to protect themselves against any sexual assaults. We aim at giving power to those without whom we cease to exist. Our idea is to design a system which shall make every place and every hour safer for women again. A system which shall re-establish how very gregarious mankind is.
Plantation Work
GREEN EARTH CREATORS
The tree is the key to a pollution-free environment for a long time because they are responsible for providing oxygen, improving the quality of air, climate amelioration, conserving water, soil preservation, and supporting wildlife. Due to all these reasons, tree plantation has become necessary in the present scenario as pollution is at a peak. Tree plantation is the only way to control pollution to some extent. The more the number of trees are planted, the cleaner the air will get. Having enough oxygen and reduced CO2 would make the air clean and free from pollutants.
Healthy India
The quality of life in a country can be best gauged by its education and health indicators. In fact, they are a measure of the country’s progress. Since Independence, India has done reasonably well on the education front, though we could have done better. On health indices, there have been some successes but we still face innumerable, complex challenges. Over the years, we have successfully eradicated diseases such as polio and tetanus, done reasonably well in the fight against malaria and in halting the spread of HIV. Today, the country is grappling with the twin problems of communicable and non-communicable diseases (NCDs) due to a variety of causes.
Education
The Education of a child is one of the most important decisions a parent can make. While there are many different types of educational options available, not all are created equal. Children in India have the unique opportunity to receive a world-class education, we help these type of child in study. Since ancient times, India has been known for its great educational system. The country’s first university, Nalanda, was founded over 1,000 years ago.
Beti Bachao Beti Padhao
The principal factor behind the Child Sex Ratio being so adverse is the low Sex Ratio at Birth (SRB). Social construct discriminating girls on the one hand, easy availability, affordability and subsequent misuse of diagnostic tools on the other hand, have been critical in declining CSR. The strong socio-cultural and religious biases, preference for sons and discrimination towards daughters has accentuated the problem.
Since coordinated and convergent efforts are needed to ensure survival, protection and empowerment of the girl child, Government launched the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) on 22nd January, 2015 at Panipat in Haryana. It is a tri-ministerial effort of Ministries of Women and Child Development, Health & Family Welfare and Human Resource Development.
Animal AID
Pratimaan Foundation is a volunteer-based, charitable fundraising organization. The Foundation does not have paid staff and does not receive government funding. It relies on contributions, public donations and corporate support. Animal overpopulation, caused by pets that are left un-spayed and un-neutered as well as puppy mills, has created a crisis in our community. Our streets and alleys are home to hundreds of unwanted Cats & Dogs. And thousands of unwanted cats and dogs are sitting in shelters waiting to be adopted. Over-breeding results in homeless animals being confined to cages or euthanized simply because there is not enough room for them all. Animal Aid Foundation provides grants to financially support the projects and activities of local animal charities. Priority areas of interest are spay/neuter, veterinary medical care, adoption and public education programs.
Environment Protection
Environmental Protection includes programs that are aimed at reducing risks to the environment from contaminants such as hazardous materials and wastes, fuels, and oils. These programs address pollution prevention measures and regulatory compliance by providing procedures for safely working with these materials, inspecting the storage vessels and locations, and designating preventative maintenance procedures. Also included are environmental emergency plans, which provide the appropriate actions to be taken in the event of a spill or release.
Social Welfare
social welfare program, any of a variety of governmental programs designed to protect citizens from the economic risks and insecurities of life. Pratimaan Foundation provide benefits to the elderly or retired, the sick or invalid, dependent survivors, mothers, the unemployed, the work-injured, and families. Methods of financing and administration and the scope of coverage and benefits vary widely among countries.
